We also want to acknowledge the challenges you face while continuing your work and studies during these turbulent times. We have curated a quick and high-level list of resources here, but we also encourage you to use the search engine below to find additional resources from our vast network of valued partners. An easy-to-use app, you can practice mindfulness meditation anywhere, anytime in English and 14 additional languages.
UCLA GroupX & BSTRONG
Our GroupX Fitness & Yoga Pass features in-person and virtual drop-in fitness classes conveniently offered multiple times a day. Enjoy classes like Yoga, Zumba, Total Body Challenge, Mat Pilates, Spin, Cardio Hip Hop and more!
UCLA Open Recreation
With Open Recreation, you can come and go on your own schedule. No additional fees unless equipment rental is required.
UCLA FITWELL
The UCLA Recreation FITWELL Program activates wellness on campus by educating, motivating and empowering faculty, staff and students to make healthy lifestyle choices specifically in the areas of fitness and exercise, nutrition and weight management, stress management, and general health education.
UCLA Recreation Instructional Classes
A broad range of instructional classes available in Arts, Dance, Fitness, and Martial Arts. Many classes are designed for beginning and intermediate skill levels, but there are also advanced classes. Class offerings vary from quarter to quarter.
UCLA Art & Global Health Center
Volunteer through the UCLA Art and Global Health Center to promote wellness through the arts.
Creative Minds Project
Apply to the Creative Mind Project to use art as a vehicle for wellness at local mental health agencies.
